“I think this is an amazing partnership where we work with developers to bring investable products to investors. I think this will help bring Grenada further into the market. As a tourism product, it may have been out of reach before, but with a product like this (educational real estate), it may now extend to a wider market, so there will be spillover effects to other tourism products as well. So, I think, this is a product that we will all look forward to. We will all support the Grenada government to see its success through the CBI and will enjoy its benefits in the near future.
