The only approved University Town citizenship by investment programme in Grenada.
Hartman University Town is located in St. George, the capital of Grenada, adjacent to the international airport. Covering an area of 148 acres. Hartman University Town is surrounded by mountains and waters, surrounded by dense tropical forests, dazzling Caribbean Sea and tranquil national parks. The plan adopts the concept of “people-oriented, harmony between human and environment”, integrating environmental protection, ecology and humanities, providing comprehensive supporting facilities for academic research, experimentation, living and apartments, and it will become a pearl of education in the Caribbean in the future.
The Hartman University Town project has been strictly reviewed by the Grenada government and has been officially approved as a qualified Citizenship by investment project in March 2021. It has now broken ground and is expected to be completed in 2024. Investors only need to invest at least US$220,000 for shared ownership or US$350,000 for sole ownership, and the whole family can obtain Grenada citizenship for four generations.

Six International Design Awards
The TITAN Property Awards is the latest award established by the International Awards Associate (IAA) after MUSE, NYX, Vega and other series of awards. In May 2021, the “Hartman University Town and Resort” project designed by BAI DESIGN INTERNATIONAL won three platinum awards in “Architecture-Urban”, “Architecture-Conceptual” and “Property Development”.
The Architecture Master Prize (Referred to as: AMP) is one of the world-class architectural awards established in the United States by Iranian-born artist Hossein Farmani. It is mainly awarded in three directions: architecture, interior design and landscape architecture.
“Hartman University Town and Resort” has received the 2021 AMP Honorable Mention for Landscape Architecture/Urban Planning.

In recent years, projects for sustainable development and environmental protection solutions have attracted much attention. It has become a benchmark award in the real estate development industry.
In December 2021, the organizers of the OUTSTANDING PROPERTY AWARD LONDON announced that the “Grenada Hartman University Town and Resort” project won the 2021 championship in the property development, environmental, and sustainable categories.
The ICONIC AWARDS, founded by the German Design Council in 1953, is one of the most important and professional design and architecture awards in the world. It is an interdisciplinary architectural design competition award.
In October 2021, “Grenada Hartman University Town Resort project” designed by BAI Design International Limited, continued its success! Won the ICONIC AWARDS 2021: Innovative Architecture- Winner in Urban Planning- the world-renowned German iconic design award.
The Muse Design Awards is one of the most influential international awards in the global creative field, sponsored by the American Alliance of Museums (AAM) and International Awards Association (IAA), It is to honor, promote and encourage creativity by providing a new standard of excellence for evaluating media design production and distribution. Judging criteria include Overall Impression, Content, Creativity, Innovation and Quality.
“Hartmann University Town and Resort” has won the 2021 Muse Design Award for Architectural Design/Urban Design.
The International Design Awards is to reward and promote outstanding designers, enabling emerging talents in the fields of architecture, interior, product, graphic, fashion. IDA hopes to help break the design world’s superstition of old rules and see new unique ideas and great works from a new perspective.
